What happens when you contact me?I will offer you an initial consultation of 50 minutes. This is for you to tell me why you are seeking help, and for me to give you my opinion as to whether I can help you . Sometimes this consultation takes a few sessions. This initial meeting or series of meetings will give you a good idea of how I work, so you can judge whether you wish to embark on a psychotherapy treatment.
Fees
The fee for each session (including the initial consultation) is £90.
